To provide high-fidelity EMS education, we collect specific data points during your journey through the Nebula:

  • Identity: Name, email, and provider level (EMT, AEMT, Paramedic).
  • Performance: Quiz scores, module completion rates, and clinical rationale selections.
  • Technical: IP address and device logs to ensure secure exam environments.

2. Usage Protocols

Your data is utilized strictly for educational advancement and certification tracking:

  • Generating student progress reports for authorized Instructors.
  • Facilitating the "90% Skip Logic" for clinical proficiency.
  • Improving Nebula course content based on aggregate student performance.

3. Security & Encryption

Orion utilizes industry-standard encryption to protect your clinical records. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Access to performance data is restricted to your designated Educator and Orion System Administrators.
